Excellent, strong piece of kit even on thick conifer branches.
A very good product. It reaches all those 'hard to reach' branches & easily removes them.
The cutting tool operated by the cord is excellent. it can be used at full extension and is very sharp. the curved blade, which i assume is for thicker branches, is not very effective as you cannot exert sufficient pressure at full extension.
Excellent piece of equipment, just what i needed to trim the trees without having to use a ladder..
Sharp blade and telescopic design helped me reach and remove unwanted tree growth. Relatively lightweight although at maximum extension it takes a strong wrist to hold it steady.

Q : I purchased 2 of this lopper/pruner but the spring on one has broken. Where can I buy a spring? Great cutter and so easy to store !
A : I can confirm that if you contact Spear and Jackson they should be able to put you in touch with a spare parts dealer.
Q : Where can I buy a replacement string for these loppers? Mine has worn away and snapped!

Q : Will this saw cut say a 3 inch diameter branch.
A : This lopper has a cutting capacity of 30mm (1.18") However with the 330mm (13") saw attached you should have no trouble in sawing through branches up to 165mm (6.5")
